HOW FRESH IS OUR COFFEE?
Our coffee is sourced directly from active harvests across Colombia, dry-milled in Bogotá, and shipped overnight via FedEx to our Brooklyn roastery. Roasted to order, our coffee reaches your cup in as little as 10 days from origin, delivering unmatched freshness and a more vibrant flavor.
WHICH GRIND SHOULD I CHOOSE?
For the freshest cup, we recommend choosing whole bean and grinding just before each brew. Don't have a grinder? Select from eight grind settings tailored to the most popular brewing methods, and we'll grind your coffee fresh before shipping.
HOW LONG DOES COFFEE STAY FRESH?
We recommend brewing our coffee within 30 days after roasting for optimal flavor.
HOW SHOULD I STORE MY COFFEE?
Keep your coffee in its original sealed bag or an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid storing coffee in the refrigerator or freezer, as temperature changes can introduce moisture and affect flavor. For the freshest cup, grind just before brewing.
HOW DO SUBSCRIPTIONS WORK?
